Baby Gymnstics Leotards

Forgot cocotte Le Creuset ( http://www.lecreuset.es/it-it/ ) but I've always liked cooking long, slow ... perfume, which spreads their scent around the house! I do not have the "Le Creuset" but a "cocotte" cast-iron, for me, has a wonderful work over long distances! E 'with this "object of desire" that I make cooking and cuddly winter.

INGREDIENTS:

TWO VEGETABLES OR ALL OF "MULTIPLE" TWO


4 onions 2 courgettes 1 aubergine dark

6 carrots
a nice piece of pumpkin 2 potatoes

2 peppers, one red and one yellow one

tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil 3 bay leaves 3 teaspoons salt
with herbes de Provence (my salts :-)!)

TO ACCOMPANY:
three handfuls of rice Vialone simply boiled or

200 grams of pasta in the format they like best 'or

a pinch of mixed spices from the East: ras el hanout jaune
1 cup precooked couscous to soak in three cups of hot broth and stir in 50 g butter

What to do:
peel the vegetables and rinse them under running water.
Cut touches rather large eggplant, take the cast-iron casserole and put a little water in which to simmer the eggplant to drain the water it bitter!

Servo usually accompany such a simple vegetable stew with couscous flavored with RAS EL hanout JAUNE (spice flavored dishes Eastern coriandoolo, turmeric, caraway, cumin, salt, fenugreek, fennel, hot pepper!)
