Leasing A Car To A Friend Agreement

About Orange: shrimp confit ... Small bites

What I have tried and tested for these shrimp * _ *!
experiments, research, and trouble ... sighs!
Desire for a cookery course ever, and not because 'I did not want to do but because it' ... not 'more' was repeated.
That and I was lost ...
But the friendships, knowledge, word of mouth can do wonders.
E 'for a miracle that I came into possession of this beautiful tested recipe that brought me back the taste, the smell and the taste of these shrimp that I call "confit" for the slight caramelization that gives them honey! Long live the orange
then that allowed me to so many and so many more trials!

Here is the ingredients:

300 grams of gray shrimp (or fresh if possible, to block pain, thawed) 1 onion
a good knob of butter
an orange cut into thin slices (preferably organic, since e 'to be eaten with the peel)
a tablespoon of honey or honeydew intact
fleur de sel (I'm lucky to have what Guerande, but that's fine too our Cervia!)
zest of orange peel
a glass of Cognac
a pinch of chili powder
a pinch of hot paprika

How:
in a frying pan melt butter and brown the onion chopped fine with the mandolin. Add the shrimp, washed and cut on the back to clean them from gutted.
blow them up, pulverize with salt and pepper.
Add the Cognac and flame.
Set aside the shrimp have just reached a good pink color the.
In the cooking, sauté the slices of orange with a good pinch of hot paprika.
When oranges are soft, combine the shrimp and add a small amount 'of zest orange peel.
Pour over the whole, the spoon of honey to caramelize, stirring gently to avoid breaking the washers that orange will now get to be very similar to a jam but ... the taste very pleasant sweet-sour-spicy!

try it!
E
"Bon Appetit !!!!"
